Welcome to Pilot Training NC. By booking and participating in our online pilot training sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Service Scope: Pilot Training NC provides online pilot training sessions conducted by experienced flight instructors. The sessions are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for certified flight training or medical advice.

  2. Session Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website. Changes or cancellations must comply with our Refund Policy.

  3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our website, and your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  4. Technical Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, suitable software, and hardware for the online sessions. Pilot Training NC is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the customer’s side.

  5. Refund Policy: Our refund policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. 

  6. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during sessions, including lesson plans, slides, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Pilot Training NC. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without our written consent.

  7. Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves professionally during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Pilot Training NC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of our services or materials. Customers assume all risks associated with their training.

  9. Changes to Terms: Pilot Training NC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for online pilot training sessions offered by Pilot Training NC. By booking a session, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Customer Cancellations:

    • More than 48 Hours Before the Session: Full refunds or a one-time rescheduling are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time.

    • Less than 48 Hours Before the Session: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is allowed one time at no additional charge if notice is given at least 12 hours before the session.

    • No-shows: Customers who fail to attend the session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  2. Cancellations by Pilot Training NC:

    • If Pilot Training NC must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

  3. Technical Issues:

    • Issues on the Instructor’s Side: If a session is interrupted or cannot proceed due to technical issues on our side, the customer will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session.

    • Issues on the Customer’s Side: If a session cannot proceed due to technical problems on the customer’s side, no refund will be provided. However, we will work to reschedule the session once at no additional charge.

  4. Refund Request Process:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to jlyalls@gmail.com within 7 days of the missed or canceled session.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  5. Exceptions:

    • In cases of emergencies, customers are encouraged to contact Pilot Training NC at jlyalls@gmail.com. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Pilot Training NC.

  6. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Any materials or resources provided during or prior to the session are non-refundable, even in the event of a session cancellation.

  7. Changes to Policy:

    • Pilot Training NC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
